Decade of Action in Czech Republic

The launch of the Decade of Action on Road Safety in the Czech Republic was organised by Czech Automobile Club UAMK on 11 May 2011 with a successful event which took place in Wenceslav Square, a pedestrian zone of Prague.

The event involved pupils from several public schools in the morning, while in the afternoon, the messages of the campaign were showed to the public.

Activities included demonstrations of seat belts and child restraint systems, as well as the use of a motorcycle simulator, a turn-over simulator and the simulation of an impact at a speed of 30 km/h.
