London Congestion Charging Scheme - First report on Impacts

Transport for London (TfL) published today its monitoring report on the impacts of the Central London Congesting Charging scheme. Six months on, figures show cuts in traffic delays, congestion, and numbers of accidents, and increased public transport capacity. Meanwhile, public support for the scheme has increased.
