Council Common Position on 5th Motor Insurance Directive

The Council of Ministers adopted today its common position on the draft Directive on insurance against civil liability in respect of the use of motor vehicles (COM(2002) 244 - COD(2002)0124). In a Communication, the European Commission accepted this common position.
