Another Deadlock on Eurovignette Proposal

Despite an exhaustive debate in today's Transport Council in Luxembourg, EU Transport Ministers failed again to reach an agreement on the revision of the existing "Eurovignette" Directive. The Dutch Presidency plans to put it back on the agenda for the December Transport Council.
